INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, margarien ( palm oil ) salt and bakign powder ( E500).
HOW TO COOK:
preheat a knob of butter or ghee in a frying pan and then fry plain paratha for 1-2 minutes and turn it over. when plain paratha turns golden brown on both sides , it’s ready to be severed.
